YEB Leadership Team:
Youth Enrichment Brands, the world’s leading youth activity and enrichment platform, announced the appointment of Rob Price as Chief Executive Officer. Comprising School of Rock, US Sports Camps, i9 Sports and Streamline Brands, YEB looks to Price to further accelerate the company’s rapid growth, deepen its impact on society, and enrich the lives of its community members. Price joined YEB upon its purchase of School of Rock in 2023, after a seven-year tenure as its CEO. He most recently has served as President of YEB, where he led marketing and franchise growth across all brands and oversaw the swim and music business units.
“I'm honored to lead Youth Enrichment Brands at such a pivotal moment for the organization and the families we serve. Our mission transcends our fields, courts, pools, stages and classrooms. The need to help kids build confidence, character, and connection through enriching experiences has never been more important,” said Price. “As we scale our impact, we’ll stay grounded in our values, invest in operational excellence, and continue to prioritize safety, accessibility, and outcomes that truly change lives

Cirkul Partners with i9 Sports as Official Hydration Partner
This partnership addresses challenges in youth sports hydration by providing i9 Sports athletes and their families with an alternative solution to sugary sports drinks. i9 Sports® Unveils New Training Sessions to Transform the Youth Sports Experience
i9 Sports is proud to announce the launch of its new Training Sessions program, an innovative addition to its traditional league offerings that gives young athletes enhanced opportunities for sport-specific skill development during the week. Weekday training sessions offer athletes aged 5 and up the opportunity to focus on building fundamental skills, refine their technique, and receive individualized instruction in addition to their weekend league games.
“We launched i9 Sports Training Sessions because we heard from families who wanted more - more skill development, more time to build confidence, and more support for their kids’ growth,” said Matt Kurowski, President of i9 Sports. “Our Training Sessions are the perfect supplement to the leagues for those parents and kids who want more time on the field. They offer a consistent, encouraging environment where kids can develop at their own pace, learn from experienced instructors, and have fun doing it.”
i9 Sports Expands Commitment to Girls’ Sports Nationwide
i9 Sports is committing to growing girls’ participation across youth athletics by increasing female representation and tailoring programming to meet girls where they are on fields and courts across the country. More girls have participated in i9 Sports this year than they did all of last year. Over the past year, girls’ enrollments in i9 Sports flag football programs increased by about 45%, there has been a rise in girls joining skill-based clinics (+72%), and volleyball (+20%). i9 Sports has promoted girls-only programs across all sports, designed to emphasize fun, inclusivity, and skill development. These programs help young female athletes build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, while connecting with peers in supportive environments. We’re aligned with the national momentum around girls’ flag football especially with its upcoming debut in the 2028 Olympics. i9 Sports is proud to fuel the movement and provide more opportunities for girls to thrive in sports.
US Sports Camps partnered with WNBA legend, Diana Taurasi, to present the inaugural TAURASI Snow Valley Basketball Camp this July at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. Taurasi, the all-time lead scoring record in the WNBA, and also holds three WNBA Championship titles, and six Olympic gold medals, worked face-to-face with the nearly 100 campers who attended this program to run drills, hone their technique, and develop their work ethic and passion for the game at one of America’s longest running basketball camps.
Justin Hoeveler, President of US Sports Camps, spoke to ballislife.com about the importance of partnering with Taurasi at a time where professional women’s sports are getting their due in the limelight.
AquaKids Is Now SafeSplash: Same Mission, Fresh Identity:
SafeSplash Swim School is expanding its footprint in North Texas with the rebranding of four long-standing AquaKids Swim School locations. The schools in Keller, McKinney, Northlake, and Prosper are now officially part of the SafeSplash family, bringing a fresh identity to the same trusted team of instructors, proven curriculum, and strong community ties families have counted on for over 20 years. The transition reflects SafeSplash’s continued investment in the DFW market and our commitment to helping every child become safer, stronger, and more confident in the water. With upgraded systems, enhanced resources, and our results-driven S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise, these locations will continue to raise the bar for swim education while staying rooted in what made them special to begin with.
S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise Surpasses 3,500 Milestone:
The S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise, a first-of-its-kind program, ensures children master 10 essential water safety and self-rescue skills within one year of consistent group lesson attendance, or receive up to two additional months of lessons at no cost. As of this month, over 3,500 children have successfully completed the program, marking significant progress toward our mission to reduce childhood drowning through outcome-based instruction. With a curriculum focused on critical techniques like floating, rolling to breathe, and swimming to safety, the S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise is redefining expectations in the learn-to-swim space by delivering transparency, accountability, and real peace of mind for families.
