Youth Enrichment Brands, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation (“YEB,” “we,”“our,” or “us”), is committed to maintaining the privacy of your information. YEB is the leading youth activities company in the U.S. and its affiliated organizations offer sports camps, leagues, clinics, and other programs (each an“Activity”) to kids that foster active development and fun for young athletes and students (collectively, our “Services”). This notice (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, share, and protect the information that you provide to us through this website and any websites or mobile applications of our affiliate organizations (each a “Site,” and collectively, the “Sites”) that display or link to this Policy and our Services. By accessing a Site, you are consenting to the terms described below.

We review our privacy and data collection practices from time to time. We ask that you periodically review this page to remain familiar with the most current version of ourPolicy. Information collected after the posted effective date will be treated in accordance with the then most-current Policy. When this Policy changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of the page.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

When you visit the Site, we may ask that you submit information to us, or provide you an opportunity to voluntarily submit information, including information that identifies you or another person that will participate in our Services (the“Participant”) as an individual (“Personal Information”). Information You Provide to Us

Contact, Registration, and Billing Information

You may choose to provide us with information about you or a Participant to request information from us, make full use of the Site, or enroll in an Activity. This information may include the following Personal Information:

·     Contact information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number;

·     Participant information, including a name, date of birth and gender; and

·     Billing information, such as a credit card number and a billing address.

E-Mail Content and Newsletters

You may choose to provide us with Personal Information in an email message to one of the addresses listed on our Sites or by submitting your information in a“Contact Us” section of a Site, or through other forms of communication within the Services. We use this information to respond to your message, fulfill your request, complete payment, or to register you for an Activity, and we may use it to market or promote relevant content, products, or other services to you. If you sign up for an email newsletter, you have the option to unsubscribe at anytime. Any information you choose to provide regarding special interests may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By providing this information, you may receive occasional email messages from YEB or one of our affiliate organizations.

Surveys and Sweepstakes

From time to time we may offer a sweepstakes or contest, or ask that you participate in a survey. You may provide Personal Information when you enter or participate in a sweepstakes, contest, or survey. We may also use this information to send you marketing communications from us or one of our affiliate organizations.

Payment Information 

You may provide payment information, including credit card or financial account information, to pay for our Services through a Site. This information is used only to fulfill the transactional purpose for which you submit it to us and is processed by a third-party payment processor on our behalf.

Job-Applicant Information

You may provide employment-related information and other information relevant to an application for employment with us if you apply to a job through a Site. Information we collect for such employment purposes is explicitly NOT covered by this policy, and any necessary disclosures will be provided to you separately.

We use your information to allow you to download information or request specific information about an Activity or our Services, to receive email updates about new or relevant Activities, to create an account for you, to register and pay for an Activity, and to access areas of our Sites restricted to registered members. We also use aggregated information about our Sites’ visitors to develop insights and share with potential advertisers.

Use of Information You Provide to Us

Generally, we may use information you provide to us through a Site:

·     for security or fraud prevention purposes;

·     to provide you with effective customer service;

·     to provide you with a personalized experience when you use our Sites;

We may disclose information we collect, including your Personal Information, when we, in good faith, believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law, a court order, or a subpoena. We may also disclose your Personal Information to prevent or investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; to protect the security of the Site; to enforce or apply any applicable terms of use or other agreements; or to protect our own rights or property, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

Business Negotiations

We may contract with third parties who use cookies to collect information on our behalf. These parties maintain their own confidentiality and security standards. We may contract with companies or others to provide certain services, including payment services, data management and promotional services.We provide these third-party vendors with the information they need to perform these services.

We may also share information, including Personal Information, to third-party vendors to help us provide the Services. For example, we may use a cloud-service provider to host information we collect or other aspects of our Services. Such vendors have access to Personal Information for a limited purpose and for a limited period of time.

Business or Corporate Partners

In limited circumstances we may partner with another organization (a “Third Party Partner”)(for example, another business that offers related services) that wishes to receive your Personal Information. For example, when you sign up a Participant for an Activity, you may have the option to share Personal Information with an organization like Next College Student Athlete (a college athlete recruiting service) in order to receive a college recruitment information packet. In such circumstances we may share your Personal Information and the Participant’s Personal Information with a Third Party Partner, but only if you provide your express consent. To be clear, participation in an Activity does not require that you consent to have your or the Participant’s Personal Information shared with a Third PartyPartner.

In addition, an Activity may be sponsored by a third-party corporate partner that is featured prominently at the Activity or on our Site(s) (a “Title Sponsor”).Your Personal Information and the Personal Information of the Participant maybe shared with a Title Sponsor when you register a Participant for an Activity subject to the sponsorship of a particular Title Sponsor.

 

Third-Party Analytics Tools

Beyond the information you voluntarily provide to us directly, our Sites utilize analytics tools, including third-party technologies such as GoogleAnalytics, to collect information and help us understand how visitors engage with a Site. Third-Party Advertising Tools

For example, we use the Facebook Pixel and Google’s AdWords network to better understand who visits our website and to provide you relevant targeted advertisements on other websites. Any transmission of PersonalInformation through a Site is at your own risk and we are not responsible for circumvention of our security measures.

 

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR CHILD’S PRIVACY

Your child’s privacy is important to us. As a result, we endeavor to operate our Sites in compliance with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and similar state laws. 

Our Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Children under 18 years old may not use our Sites or access their content without the written permission of a parent or guardian. We only request information about your child that is necessary to enroll them in an Activity. We do not permit registration by, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under 18 years of age. We may, however, collect Personal Information about a child under the age of 18 from a parent or guardian, and we will only disclose it to a third party (i.e., a Title Sponsor or Third Party Partner) with express consent from that parent or guardian. If you believe that a child under the age of 18 has submitted information to us, please contact us in any manner described in the “Contact Us” section below so that we can delete the information or take other appropriate action.
