1.   Job Purpose:

The Senior Franchise Administrator is responsible for managing functions related to Franchise Agreements, Franchise Development Support, Risk Management, Brand Standards, Compliance and General Policies for Youth Enrichment Brands’ various franchised brands. This position is critical to the successful execution of the daily business operations and is the liaison between Franchise Development and the Legal Department.  

2.   Duties:

1. Franchise Agreements, Notices, Letters and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
   1. Manage the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) process and legal compliance, providing updates to Senior Management and franchise sales team as needed.
   2. FDD administration (ensure FDD is updated in FranConnect, DocuSign & internal tracking forms as state renewals come through).
   3. Manage all franchisee agreements (new, renewal, and resale), addendums, notices and letters from creation to completion while ensuring the accuracy and legality of each document.
   4. Master Franchise Agreement administration and assist with foreign franchise agreement completion.
   5. Implement and continuously update all Franchise Administration processes.
   6. Monitor, research and document franchisee issues that are in non-compliance to the Franchise Agreement.
   7. Create, communicate and maintain SOPs for Franchise Administration (Renewal; Expansion; Resale; Underperformance; etc.)

1. Franchise Development Support:
   1. Attend weekly sales meetings to understand the scope and moving parts for each deal that will help with the preparation of the agreements.
   2. Take new franchise candidates through the pre-application and disclosure process.
   3. After the new sale, renewal, and resale agreements are completed, facilitate checklist items that need to be completed by subsequent departments and monitor completion of items.
   4. Direct the on-boarding processes for each new franchisee while providing a welcoming experience that cultivates a professional, positive relationship.

1. Risk Management
   1. Manage the annual review of child abuse and molestation prevention and reporting laws and update requirements for the Risk Management Guidelines and training webinars.
   2. Oversee the records retention policies for franchisee records.

1. Brand Standards / Compliance / General Policies
   1. Non-compliance issues (warnings & letters) & defaults.
   2. Create, maintain and update administration policies in the Operations Manuals and the Standard Operating Procedures.

3.  Education – college degree required

4. Skill Requirements:

1. 5+ years franchise experience
2. Experience working on franchising documents required
3. Multiple business unit admin support preferred
4. Experience with international franchise agreements a plus!
5. Attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills.
