Partnering with the country's best coaches and providing valuable operational and marketing support, USSC offers youth and adult camps in a wide range of sports.

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Brand Marketing who is deeply passionate about consumer performance marketing strategies and tactics. The VP of Brand Marketing will lead the camps marketing team while integrating marketing leadership across all camp brands including: Nike Sports Camps, NBC Camps, USBSA Camps, CMT Learning and KE Camps This position will report to the Camps Brand President.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead brand strategy and development for each of USSC’s camp brands.
  • Be the voice for the customer by understanding changing trends in sports and parents behavior to better connect product – market fit
  • Work with YEB network and partners to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and ultimately increases revenue.
  • Build, manage, and optimize promotional and advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to align marketing initiatives to support company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven reporting.
  • Progress partnerships with external agencies and vendors as necessary to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Own and be accountable for key performance metrics, monitoring, and reporting on them to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Evolve existing playbooks to utilize a deeper sophistication in CRM and automation, owned and earned media, and brand storytelling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience as a digital native marketer, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in positioning and amplifying brands
  • Experience building broadscale plans for brand strategy
  • Be a chief advisor to business unit president on business strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal documents related to marketing practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
