The Strategy Analyst will have a significant impact across all business units by driving analytical insights. This person will collaborate with business leaders to inform strategic initiatives and develop data-driven insights that support optimal decision-making. The Strategy Analyst will be involved in both regular reporting, ad hoc analysis, and a range of strategy projects to support growth across the companies. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team at YEB And business units as well as the private equity sponsor in all aspects of operational and financial KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive operational insights and long-term strategic growth initiatives through analysis
· Recommend strategic and financial actions by assessing options based on designing and executing analysis
· Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
· Analyze trends to understand and communicate key drivers of performance
· Oversee the design and implementation of operational dashboards / trackers
· Continuously improve and develop new ways of analyzing key operational and financial indicators
· Act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support optimal decision making
· Evaluate key initiatives through analysis
· Perform analysis and visualize information for Board and executive team meetings
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience:
· 2-5 years of relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, FP&A, or other business analysis)
· Work on various projects that require excellent Excel and analytical skills
· Track record of building and maintaining analytical tools that lead to impactful actions
· Experience developing trusted relationships with leaders from different departments and/or companies
Other Valued Experience:
· Experience with Tableau and NetSuite
· Experience with SQL
· Experience with a private equity-backed organization

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading execution and coordinating operational activities across multiple locations (8-12), catering to diverse demographics and spanning large geographical areas. The Media Director will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the media strategies for YEB’s business units including i9 Sports, SafeSplash, School of Rock, and US Sports Camps. They will be responsible for the campaign buys for various marketing channels including paid search, digital static and video ads, connected TV, audio, and print. They will ensure the campaigns align with marketing objectives and reach the target audience effectively by managing media budgets, negotiating with vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize results.
