The Role
Reporting directly to the VP, Corporate Controller, Andrew Powelson, the BU Controller – Streamline Brands role is critical in leading the financial operations of a business unit as well as the corporate accounting function. With a strong focus on being a strategic business partner, the BU Controller will collaborate directly with the BU Presidents and play a crucial role in leading the BU financial management and reporting. As the BU Controller, the primary job duties include supervising the accounting operations and reporting, performing financial planning and analysis, as well as partnering with the BU leadership teams to deliver business insights and steer strategic decisions. As a leader on the YEB Corporate team, they will have responsibilities in the areas of group functional shared services as well as consolidated financial reporting. By ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, this role will contribute to the growth and success of the company.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will own the technology vision, strategy, org structure, and execution for YEB and all business units while driving business outcomes through both a short and a long-term technology roadmap. This role will evolve over time from leading a highly urgent team that is optimizing the current stack to developing a plan for new business leading products. The leader will work closely with business unit leaders to create better business outcomes and more efficient operational processes that deliver desired outcomes. The CTO will quickly understand YEB’s obsession with delivery of a leading customer digital experience across its registration platforms that promotes acquisition, conversion, and retention. Ultimately, this player & coach leader will usher in a new era of capability and performance in YEB’s technology to support the achievement of its ambitious mission.
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Youth Enrichment Brands (YEB), you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support to one or more Business Units. This role requires a proactive and hands-on HR professional who can partner effectively with business leaders to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement and performance. You will act as a trusted advisor on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate HR strategy while addressing the unique needs of the business unit.
YEB is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Accountant for Accounts Payable. This will be a highly visible position within the YEB AP shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. This role will work in the accounts payable processes from invoice receipt, through approval, to payment for the entire YEB Group. Primary responsibilities will include close collaboration with cross-functional business unit (BU) operational teams to ensure invoices are coded correctly, paid timely and that various vendor relationships are sustained and built in a professional manner. To be successful in this role, the AP Specialist should possess the ability to conduct a variety of AP processes and projects. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a team-oriented environment. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the effective functioning of our financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, aligning with established protocols and internal standards as well as reviewing and analyzing current processes for potential improvements. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
