Position Summary

YEB is seeking a head of Revenue Operations to help shape and lead the present and future status of the YEB operating platforms. This person should have the ability to envision and enhance a great customer buying experience that filters into key business intelligence insights and enhanced operational efficiencies across multiple business units. The leader of Revenue Operations will work with an existing development team while also having the freedom and support to add to the team to move more quickly.

The job requires an appreciation of the power of sports and enrichment programs in shaping the future of our youth. This is a full-time role based at the US Sports Camps Headquarters in San Rafael, CA with the expectation to be in the office about three days per week. This person will report to the COO of Youth Enrichment Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own registration across all YEB platforms with an eye toward building out a 1) best-in-class customer experience and 2) single robust database for information by family for cross-selling and developing programs
  • Identify, build, and manage the technology tools across YEB for supporting customers in all areas outside of the core enrichment experience. More specifically, it’s understanding and streamlining the customer workflow and experience across: 1) registration, 2) customer call center/chat support; 3) merchandise ordering and support
  • Manage analytics and reporting around registration trends and opportunities across all YEB businesses
  • Drive integration of new YEB companies to ensure best-in-class customer experience, critical data capture, and efficient development approaches

Key Qualifications and Personal Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of revenue operations, product management, or technology leadership role
  • Experience building out and maintaining a CRM database
  • A passion for building bigger, better, faster products that create unprecedented scale
  • A desire to act quickly and get things done in a nimble, high-growth environment
  • High sense of urgency: organized, gets stuff done, and can motivate team to get stuff done
  • Prioritizes and executes: focuses on what moves the needle the most
  • Team player: a thought-partner to the COO, works collaboratively with the organization
