Position Summary
YEB is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in support of two major initiatives: the Play Without Limits Project (PWLP) and our Brand Partnerships.
The Play Without Limits Project is a non-profit scholarship program whose mission is to make camp dreams come true for thousands of kids, helping them overcome financial, geographical, and physical limits. PWLP has had the opportunity to award approx. 200 scholarships to young athletes across 6 states and is excited to multiply that reach!
In support of YEB’s growing Brand Partnerships division, the Operations Manager will help source potential brand partners, develop proposals, and ensure marketing excellence. The Operations Manager can expect to work cross-functionally with internal departments and sport divisions to ensure our brand partnerships align with YEB’s long-term goals.
The successful Operations Manager will have experience in the nonprofit sector, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to deliver best-in-class operational support and offer stellar customer service. The Vice President of Marketing at i9 Sports is a strategic leader who understands the unique dynamics of franchise marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the franchise space, with an acute understanding of franchisor-franchisee relationships and experience in managing strategic brand funds. This role requires a digitally savvy marketer who is an expert at interpreting data and navigating the nuances of local and national marketing across the digital marketing mix.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Brand Marketing who is deeply passionate about consumer performance marketing strategies and tactics. The VP of Brand Marketing will lead the camps marketing team while integrating marketing leadership across all camp brands including: Nike Sports Camps, NBC Camps, USBSA Camps, CMT Learning and KE Camps This position will report to the Camps Brand President.
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading execution and coordinating operational activities across multiple locations (8-12), catering to diverse demographics and spanning large geographical areas. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure a world-class customer experience, and spearhead the execution of strategic initiatives to promote profitable growth and efficiency within the organization through the school leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to significantly impact the growth and success of Streamline Brands.
The Media Director will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the media strategies for YEB’s business units including i9 Sports, SafeSplash, School of Rock, and US Sports Camps. They will be responsible for the campaign buys for various marketing channels including paid search, digital static and video ads, connected TV, audio, and print. They will ensure the campaigns align with marketing objectives and reach the target audience effectively by managing media budgets, negotiating with vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize results.
