Position Summary
YEB is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in support of two major initiatives: the Play Without Limits Project (PWLP) and our Brand Partnerships.
The Play Without Limits Project is a non-profit scholarship program whose mission is to make camp dreams come true for thousands of kids, helping them overcome financial, geographical, and physical limits. PWLP has had the opportunity to award approx. 200 scholarships to young athletes across 6 states and is excited to multiply that reach!
In support of YEB’s growing Brand Partnerships division, the Operations Manager will help source potential brand partners, develop proposals, and ensure marketing excellence. The Operations Manager can expect to work cross-functionally with internal departments and sport divisions to ensure our brand partnerships align with YEB’s long-term goals.
The successful Operations Manager will have experience in the nonprofit sector, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to deliver best-in-class operational support and offer stellar customer service. The Director of Franchise Development is a full-time role that sells franchises in the US and ensures that new i9 Sports franchises open successfully. The goal of the Director of Franchise Development is to bring good long-term partners into the i9 Sports system, fulfilling our goal to open more territories and reach more athletes. Under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer, the primary responsibilities of this position will be to recruit, sell and award franchises to qualified candidates and meeting franchise sales goals and objectives. You will be required to effectively close sales while adhering to Federal and state franchise sales laws and Company policies and procedures. Developing strong relationships with prospects in your pipeline and keeping them engaged throughout the process is vital to the success of this position. Other responsibilities include qualifying and assessing candidates, prompt follow-up, assisting prospects through the sales process, responding to prospect questions, in-person sales presentations, documenting progress and interaction with the candidates in the CRM, keeping management apprised of the status of your pipeline, and other administrative functions as directed.
YEB is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Accountant for Accounts Payable. This will be a highly visible position within the YEB AP shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. This role will work in the accounts payable processes from invoice receipt, through approval, to payment for the entire YEB Group. Primary responsibilities will include close collaboration with cross-functional business unit (BU) operational teams to ensure invoices are coded correctly, paid timely and that various vendor relationships are sustained and built in a professional manner. To be successful in this role, the AP Specialist should possess the ability to conduct a variety of AP processes and projects. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a team-oriented environment. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the effective functioning of our financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, aligning with established protocols and internal standards as well as reviewing and analyzing current processes for potential improvements. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading execution and coordinating operational activities across multiple locations (8-12), catering to diverse demographics and spanning large geographical areas. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure a world-class customer experience, and spearhead the execution of strategic initiatives to promote profitable growth and efficiency within the organization through the school leadership team. The Media Director will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the media strategies for YEB’s business units including i9 Sports, SafeSplash, School of Rock, and US Sports Camps. They will be responsible for the campaign buys for various marketing channels including paid search, digital static and video ads, connected TV, audio, and print. They will ensure the campaigns align with marketing objectives and reach the target audience effectively by managing media budgets, negotiating with vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize results.
