Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive unit-level economics and franchisee profitability. Increase visibility into unit-level results, and facilitate regular meetings to analyze and discuss results.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement the playbooks required to execute at the unit level.
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of Franchise Business Coaches to support franchisees in the operation and growth of their business. Instill accountability for the team to execute growth plans.
- Establish credibility with the franchise network, earning the opportunity to influence franchisees to embrace the programs and initiatives provided by the home office.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, and increase profits at the unit level.
- Own the Operations Manual, ensuring it reflects the current brand standards and operational framework.
- Drive franchisee engagement by leveraging all available tools, including; our annual conference, franchise business coach calls, weekly email communications, Town Hall meetings, webinars, and other touchpoints.
- Lead the franchisee expansion process, developing and implementing criteria and critical steps for supporting expansion.
- Evaluate and make necessary adjustments to the franchisee scorecard
- Serve as the main point of escalation for franchisee concerns
- Maintain and enhance the brand's system for effective location evaluations and enforcement of brand standards.
- Consistently uphold and represent the brand's core values.

YEB is looking for a highly-motivated, experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager. As the right-hand to the Functional Controller for Accounts Payable, this will be a highly visible position within the YEB accounting shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. This role will own the accounts payable processes from invoice receipt, through approval, to payment for the entire YEB Group. Primary responsibilities will also encompass the leadership and supervision of a team of on- and off-shore skilled AP professionals as well as the close collaboration with cross-functional business unit (BU) operational teams to ensure invoices are coded correctly, paid timely and that various vendor relationships are sustained and built in a professional manner. To be successful in this role, the AP Manager should possess the ability to conduct and oversee a wide variety of AP processes and projects as well as professionally team with multiple stakeholders and business partners. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain a team-oriented environment. The Sr. Manager, CRM sits at the intersection of Technology, Data, and Marketing overseeing the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the customer relationship management platforms used by the business units across YEB. This person will be skilled in Data Architecture, Marketing Technology, and Business Intelligence and collaborate closely with senior business unit leaders to improve retention and growth through data flow design, system adoption, and platform management.
