MISSION & VALUES

At Youth Enrichment Brands, our mission is to help every kid discover and develop lifelong passions. We do this by connecting and serving a network of companies that deliver best-in-class youth camps, classes, music education, and sports leagues.
Franchisees, coaches, and instructors are the lifeblood of this network. We support them so they’re free to do what they do best: create life-changing sports, academic, and creative activities that enrich communities around the world.
When it comes to youth activities, parents rightfully expect excellence. So do we. But excellence isn’t just an expectation at Youth Enrichment Brands. It’s a promise – one we deliver on across all YEB activities by aligning our network around the following shared values.

01. SAFETY

There’s nothing more important than the safety of our kids. It guides every decision we make.

02. FUN

Fun is the key to unlocking activities that help kids develop new skills, build lasting friendships, make great memories, and stay involved. It’s a word every kid should use to describe their experience with a YEB activity.

03. INSTRUCTION

Great instructors create great experiences. But this only happens when you pair the right instructor with the right kids. A coach who trains champions isn’t always best for those new to the game. That’s why our network features a wide range of skilled instructors who tailor their teaching to kids’ ages and abilities.

04. EXPERIMENTATION

Experimentation is the best way for kids to discover their passions. Kids should try as many activities as possible and then pursue their favorite ones.

05. ACCESS

YEB activities aim to serve all kids – regardless of their gender, race, ability, or socioeconomic status. We strive to make inclusivity, opportunity, and accessibility pillars of our programs.
