Position Summary
· First YEB business development hire advancing key initiatives across brand portfolio with focus on Streamline Brands
· Collaborate with brand leaders to identify and source M&A and organic growth opportunities, particularly in the swim school space
· Develop external relationships with business owners in the youth sports space via outreach, conferences, etc.
· Drive efforts to secure new hosted locations for swim lessons with health clubs, country clubs, recreation centers, and hotels
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Outgoing, yet highly competitive and resourceful with strong communication skills
· Motivated and driven self-starter comfortable in a fluid high-growth environment
· A quick learner and highly perceptive to deal decision drivers
· Organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently at the same time
· Interested in business development, corporate development, and/or M&A in the sports arena
· A passion for youth sports and activities and a clear understanding of their societal impact
Desired Experience
· 2+ years of high-volume business development or sales experience
· Experience with CRM, sales, and marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
· Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Salary Expectations
· Salary range for this role is 70k to 100k, commensurate with market expectations, experience, and skill set.
As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading execution and coordinating operational activities across multiple locations (8-12), catering to diverse demographics and spanning large geographical areas. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure a world-class customer experience, and spearhead the execution of strategic initiatives to promote profitable growth and efficiency within the organization through the school leadership team. The Media Director will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of the media strategies for YEB’s business units including i9 Sports, SafeSplash, School of Rock, and US Sports Camps. They will be responsible for the campaign buys for various marketing channels including paid search, digital static and video ads, connected TV, audio, and print. They will ensure the campaigns align with marketing objectives and reach the target audience effectively by managing media budgets, negotiating with vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize results.
