Job Overview: USSC is seeking a seasoned football industry professional to oversee operations and growth for USSC’s nationwide network of Nike Football Camps, including contact, flag, and skills camps. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the current landscape in youth football, and preferably some experience scaling youth football programs. This person has a successful track record exceeding revenue targets while building and managing a robust prospect pipeline. They will own the entire sales process from research, to contact, to close, while working closely with their operations team to achieve alignment and seamless onboarding. This person will be responsible for matching partner needs with different USSC’s services to create productive partnerships. Success in this role requires competitiveness, resourcefulness, incredible partnership management, financial acumen, and most importantly, an understanding of what has made US Sports Camps successful for the past 48 years: a full commitment to servicing our coaches and an unwavering passion for youth athletic and personal development. This is a full-time role located at the US Sports Camps Headquarters in San Rafael, CA (remote opportunities will be considered).
The Job:
· Expand camp locations and offerings with existing camp directors (coaches)
· Create a pipeline for growth with new camp directors and markets across the country
· Manage contracts with camp directors and facilities
· Create and manage marketing relationships and sponsorships with youth football organizations, associations and leagues
· Manage division budget, forecasting, and P&L
· Manage internal account managers
The Ideal Candidate Possesses:
· At least five years of football industry experience
· Solid track record hitting sales targets
· Savvy around technology and service platforms
· A demonstrated passion for athletics and social impact
· Experience in budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
· A positive track record with operations and contract negotiation
· At least three years of management experience
· Excellent interpersonal communication and “people skills”
· Patience, stress-tolerance, ability to think quickly, and a proactive work style
· Proficient verbal, written, mathematic, and computer skills (including Microsoft applications)
· A Bachelor’s degree or higher

The US Sports Camps Inventory and Merchandise Manager oversees two distinct product streams: internal camp supplies (camper shirts, uniforms, equipment, prizes, etc.) and customer-facing merchandise (retail products sold to customers). This role combines strategic merchandising decisions for retail sales—selecting products, negotiating with suppliers, and planning assortment based on market trends—with tactical inventory operations for camp supplies, including tracking stock levels, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate data management. The position requires balancing commercial objectives for retail merchandise (sales, profitability, customer appeal) with operational efficiency for camp supplies (cost control, avoiding shortages/overstock, optimizing workflows, maintaining accurate systems).
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) position is a hands-on role responsible for providing ongoing support to franchise owners throughout the U.S. The main goal of this position is to guide franchise owners through general business operations, including but not limited to marketing, customer service, game day management, staffing, financial management, business ownership, and building processes for future success. This position will also play a vital role in training and education programs.
YEB is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Accountant for Accounts Payable. This will be a highly visible position within the YEB AP shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
