The Director of Franchise Development is a full-time role that sells franchises in the US and ensures that new i9 Sports franchises open successfully. The goal of the Director of Franchise Development is to bring good long-term partners into the i9 Sports system, fulfilling our goal to open more territories and reach more athletes. Under the supervision of the Chief Development Officer, the primary responsibilities of this position will be to recruit, sell and award franchises to qualified candidates and meeting franchise sales goals and objectives. You will be required to effectively close sales while adhering to Federal and state franchise sales laws and Company policies and procedures. Developing strong relationships with prospects in your pipeline and keeping them engaged throughout the process is vital to the success of this position. Other responsibilities include qualifying and assessing candidates, prompt follow-up, assisting prospects through the sales process, responding to prospect questions, in-person sales presentations, documenting progress and interaction with the candidates in the CRM, keeping management apprised of the status of your pipeline, and other administrative functions as directed.
YEB is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Accountant for Accounts Payable. This will be a highly visible position within the YEB AP shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. This role will work in the accounts payable processes from invoice receipt, through approval, to payment for the entire YEB Group. They will be responsible for the campaign buys for various marketing channels including paid search, digital static and video ads, connected TV, audio, and print. They will ensure the campaigns align with marketing objectives and reach the target audience effectively by managing media budgets, negotiating with vendors, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with creative teams to optimize results.
